Building strong relationships and brand loyalty with clients visiting the barber’s ensuring repeat business

Ensuring that guests receive personal / discreet and confidential service.

To ensure that product use and stock management as well as wastage is managed effectively

Working with Scotch & Fades team to ensure that the Barber’s and other services at Scotch & Fades are promoted at all times and the level of service provided in these areas exceeds client expectations

Ensuring proper consultation on treatments and understand the impact of treatment taking into account medical conditions of the guests

Analysing customer response to the services offered and competitors offering, and continually monitoring and improving the service and offer wherever possible

Working with Scotch & Fades management team to improve financial margins

Booking haircuts when required, and managing the flow of customers/supporting the team as a whole in all duties

Taking payment and providing receipts when required.

Undertaking administrative duties to a high standard within timelines required by the Company

Co-ordinating housekeeping such as cleaning services for the Barbers

Ensuring that all Health and Safety and hygiene standards are adhered to all times ensuring legal compliance on an ongoing basis

Work closely with barber and store colleagues to ensure standards are kept and a great service is delivered in line with the above responsibilities
